Sustainability

The sustainability minor, which is open to all students, shows you how human activities are damaging earth and introduces you to ideas for living more sustainably to maintain our natural resources for future generations. Because environmental stewardship touches many academic fields, you can tailor the minor to your interests through optional tracks in policy and socioeconomics, science and technology, or art and humanities. Courses introduce you to the interaction between sustainability and engineering, natural sciences, economics, humanities, and other areas. The sustainability minor gives you practical knowledge to live a more environmentally friendly life and encourage others to follow your example.
