Biography

Dr. Yun E. Wang is currently the Department Chair and Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Information Systems (CS&IS) at Bradley University. She joined Bradley University in 2011. She earned her Ph.D. degree in Computer Science and Engineering in 2008 from the University of Cincinnati, Ohio, USA. In 2001, she earned a B.S. degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Wuhan University, Hubei, China.

Dr. Yun Wang’s research interests encompass a wide array, including wireless networking, sensor networks, modeling and simulation, performance evaluation, mobile computing, cybersecurity, data science, and more. She has published over 40 papers in journals and conference proceedings within her field, including top journals like IEEE Transactions.

Dr. Yun Wang currently serves as the department chair and has held various roles since joining Bradley in 2011, including:
