Early Childhood Education

If you want to work with young children from birth through second grade, this is the program for you! Bradley's versatile program includes classes that qualify you to become licensed to teach young children in Illinois. It also builds in courses that will give you certification in English as a Second Language (K-2), and Special Education Approval (birth through 2nd grade). Your Illinois teaching license can be transferred to other states.

Your Experience at Bradley

Bradley's education faculty are committed to giving you the best educational experience in the state. In the ECE program, you do not have to wait for student teaching to work with students, unlike many other schools. You will have courses that get you out working with real students from your first semester. By having multiple field experiences you will be confident and ready when you enter your student teaching semester.
