Students and Interns are provided a single room with access to a communal bathroom.
$175 per week (Monday - Sunday)
Pay in one full payment or pay weekly at the Cashier’s Window located in Swords Hall. First payment is due the first Bradley University business day after arrival.
Cashier's Office is open M - F from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.

Additional Information to assist in your decision to apply:
- The cost is weekly. You can pay weekly or a full amount when you arrive.
- You only pay for the time you stay.
- All rooms are air-conditioned with Wi-Fi.
- All rooms have beds in a lofted position. Please contact housing@bradley.edu for accommodations or questions.
- There is no kitchen available. There are no meal plan options.
- You can bring your own personal fridge (4.3 cubic max) and microwave. Or you can rent a microwave/fridge for $100 for the summer.
- Residents can receive mail during summer. Packages are available for pick up on Tuesday & Thursday evenings
- Parking is free. No registration required.
- Laundry will be free and available on the floor in the building.
Intern? Other things to consider:
- Recreation Center is at a cost of approximately $20 per month
- Library during open hours - must sign in.
- Alternative arrival/departure arrangements available.
