Music and Entertainment Industry
Following a long history of instruction in the music industry, Bradley University’s unique Music and Entertainment Industry degree will prepare you to enter the exciting world of the music business. This program is designed for you if you don’t have a background in music education from high school. There’s no music audition required for admission to the program.

Preparing You For Success
From the first day on campus, you’ll begin your career with classes in interactive media, audio and video production, and music promotions. Like our Music Business majors, you’ll take courses in business basics such as accounting, marketing, and finance and then merge these with music industry specific classes that will teach you the basics of copyright, music licensing, live entertainment, and music with movies and television.
Music Entertainment and Industry students have opportunities to:

Making Your Mark
MEI degrees are valuable for careers in arts management, music supervision, licensing and copyright, artist representation and the music product industry. Recent graduates are working for companies like Budda Jones Movie Trailers, Soundtrack Music, Universal Music Group and the St. Louis Symphony.
